The redevelopment of the existing Primary School area looks to create contemporary learning spaces that support 21st century learning.

The plan proposes to retain the existing amenities and open out the space between the Fr. Sherman O.M.I. Building and the Fr. Long O.M.I. Building to create new covered outdoor learning and social spaces. A playground is proposed to the north of the Fr. Sherman O.M.I. Building.

New classrooms are proposed on the upper level of the Fr. Sherman Building. These will be designed to create complementary outdoor learning spaces on both levels.
